Harry brings more than three decades of executive and governance experience, guiding strategy, capital alignment, and institutional engagement to ensure Northeast’s infrastructure pipeline supports long-term policy and investor objectives.

Joshua Samuel

Founding Partner & President

Joshua is an energy infrastructure developer with 20+ years of experience delivering clean-fuel and carbon-management projects across North America, leading origination, regulatory approvals, life cycle analysis and carbon credit registration, commercial contracting, and public-private finance.

Energy Nation Research Lab

An independent analytics and visualization platform that supports siting, sequencing, regulatory alignment, and investment decisions for major energy and mining projects in development across Canada.  Energy Nation develops AERIES, the AI-enabled Energy Resource Inference and Expectation System, which integrates project risk modelling, energy system values, and social-regulatory signals. AERIES applies probability modelling and time-to-construction analysis to major projects and first-of-a-kind technologies for developers, investors, system planners, and policy makers. All code and datasets are released as open source.
